Commercial Install

Our Site Safe certified installers have the knowledge and expertise to complete your commercial insulation project! Our team has over 30 years of experience including the commercial construction sector. Our team can source a variety of insulation products to ensure your large commercial project meets all the necessary insulation requirements.

THE VIP INSTALLED BOOKING PROCESS

1. Quoting

Send us your plans and we will do a take-off and provide you with a supply and install quote.

2. Site Visit

For Commercial and Architectural builds, one of our estimators can complete a site visit.

3. Quote Acceptance

Once our quote has been accepted we will work with the project manager or builder on scheduling in the install. We will also complete the necessary health and safety paperwork and send this through eg: SSSP, Task Analysis if required.

4. Confirmation

Two days prior to the agreed install date we will contact the project manager or builder to ensure everything is on track.

5. Install Day

On the day of the install our installers will perform a health & safety pre-start checklist before beginning the job.

6. PS3

Upon completion of the install a PS3 will be provided if required.

FIBRE GLASS

Fibreglass insulation such as Pink Batts is the most familiar type of insulation to Kiwis. Made from non-combustible, bio soluble recycled glass this type of insulation is made to meet or exceed the NZ building code requirements. A cost effective and efficient product commonly used in residential and commercial buildings.

Used for insulating Commercial buildings or Housing New Zealand projects, polyester insulation is made from PET recycled plastics and designed to hold its thermal and acoustic performance over its lifetime. It is a 100% recyclable, non-flammable product and made to withstand moisture content, making it very durable.

POLYSTYRENE

Used in Commercial buildings, block walls or smaller spaces where a higher R-value needs to be achieved. Polystyrene is a rigid lightweight board which won’t slump or sag over time and retains its R-Value for the duration of its lifetime. Polystyrene can be ordered to the size required and is a 100% recyclable product.
